Yoga Class

DO YOU HAVE ANY ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STUDENTS TO PREPARE FOR CLASS, SUCH AS WHAT TO WEAR OR BRING? 

For in person classes, bring your yoga mat and a blanket with you (perfect for extra cushioning in certain poses and to keep you warm during relaxation). I will provide all other yoga props. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

For Yoga Nidra classes, find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed (you can practice on your mat, in a chair or in bed) and have a blanket and pillows to keep you comfortable during the practice.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Either class will benefit you - it just depends what you are looking for / what fits in with your schedule. The gentle yoga class will progress at a slower pace so that we can move from one pose to another, find the version that works best for our bodies and use props if needed. The Yoga Nidra classes involve no physical movement. They also complement each other perfectly so if you wish to take both classes that's fine too.
