Unwind is perfect for beginners or those wanting to practice at a slower pace. We will focus on finding the version of the posture (asana) that suits your body using props, modifications and variations We will practice meditation and / or breathwork exercises and end the class with a gorgeous period of rest and relaxation.

Restore will mix yin yoga (postures held for a longer period of time), breathwork and yoga nidra (deep rest) to create a wonderful practice that you enjoy from the comfort of your own home and will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful. Life can be hectic so it's a perfect opportunity to take some time out and slow down.
Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages including increased focus and improved mental and physical well being.

Sound healing has countless benefits including reduced stress, improved sleep and overall mental wellbeing. We will begin the session with some gentle movement and / or guided meditation before introducing the sounds of various healing instruments, including the gong. Allow the sound to raise your vibration.
