Service Description
Our session will start with some gentle movement and / or a guided mediation before the sounds of various healing instruments, including the gong are played. These sessions are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from sound induced epilepsy / seizures. It is recommended that those suffering with serious mental health issues, heart conditions or those with metal plates in the body should consult their doctor to make sure that they are able to attend the session before booking.

Cancellation Policy
Classes - Unwind, Soundscape and Restore - Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the class start time. Thereafter no refunds can be given Events must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of the event. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Cancellations are to be made via our online booking system only. No cancellations can be accepted by email or telephone. If a class or event is cancelled by The Wellness Place, a full refund will be provided.
