Terms and Conditions
Please make a note of the below points regarding our booking, cancellation and refund policy.
Classes / events must be booked in advance through the site

All refunds will be in the form of a refund to your original payment method. Cancellations for classes must be made a minimum of 12 hours before the start in order to receive a full refund to the original payment method (drop in classes) or in the form of credit on the site (class bundles). Late cancellations will result in student’s losing their drop in class fee or their session credit.
We ask for students to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start-time so as not to disturb others. Teachers will be on site at least 15 minutes before the class begins
Class passes are valid for the specified period after the date of the first class taken. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one month extension pass is available to purchase and can be used only once per pass.
Occasionally teachers change at short notice, no refunds will be given if a cover teacher is available.
Events must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of the event. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Cancellations are to be made via our online booking system only. No cancellations can be accepted by email or telephone.
The Wellness Place accepts no responsibility for items brought into the teaching space.
Booking a class with The Wellness Place confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
